Vintage engagement rings refer to a range of selected rings that can range from inexpensive to highly costly that come from many decades or eras. Nowadays though, the term vintage does not require that the rings be genuinely old. Each era or time has distinctive designs. In the jewelry world, these eras include Georgian, Early Victorian, Mid-Victorian, Late Victorian, Arts and Crafts era, Art Nouveau, Edwardian, Art Deco and Retro. Loosely used under the jewelry category, vintage rings may belong from 1930s to 1950s.
